Refunds and exchanges
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can either return your order for a full refund or exchange it for something else. You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 14 days after receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If an item is not currently available if may take up to 30 days for inventory items to be updated and we will notify you of earliest possible delivery date. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
Shipping terms and conditions
Shipping takes 2-3 days within the UAE depending on your location and availability. Shipping outside of the UAE may take 5-7 days depending on location, customs and availability. If items are not in-stock, or if any delays occur, we will notify you of delivery dates. Please allow for 1 day for your order to be packed and prepared.

Defective Items
In the event an item(s) is defective upon receipt or has a manufacturing defect, a refund or exchange will be granted upon inspection of item(s).
Received a Wrong Item
In the event that you received a wrong item(s), we will send you a replacement. Once we have received the item(s), or proof of the wrong item, we will ship out the correct item(s) within 3-5 business days; dependent on current stock.
Missing item(s)
In the event that you are missing items in your order, once we are notified we will ship out the missing items within 3-5 business days; dependent on current stock.

- Customer can cancel their order within 1 hour of purchase; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed.
- Refunds and exchanges will only be accepted with prior notification. Please contact us on support@desertbarbell.co before returning your products
- The shipping cost for the returned item will be deducted from the refund. Shipping costs for exchange items will be the responsibility of the customer
- The returned items have to be unworn and have the original packaging (tag and bag). Used items will not be considered for refund or exchange

- Shipping rates are based on weight of the goods
- Prices and shipping do not include customs and duties fees. Special note: All orders above AED977 to Saudi Arabia will incur a 5% customs charge
- Shipping rates to all international destinations are calculated based on weight of total package
- For all international orders above AED977 we require a copy of the customer’s ID. This is for customs to ensure your package is released. Any information provided will be stored securely by us and our logistics partner
