We are passionate about strength and we believe that getting stronger can help achieve your goals whether it be improved body composition, general physical and mental health, rehab, sports performance or learning a new skill. We also believe that when you make strength the main focus, this becomes a positive journey where everything else, such as body composition, becomes a by product of your progress.

Our personal trainers are highly qualified and have a wide range of experience which means when you visit us for personal training, whatever the goal, we are ready to help.
We achieve this by using a scientific approach to strength training, applying well structured programs that are tailored to each client as well as utilizing a wealth of coaching experience. Our personal trainers and strength coaches track all elements of your training data, including training stress, to make sure each session is optimized for you. This means we also consider other factors outside of training to ensure we get the best results while making your training more sustainable.
