Desert Barbell Sports Club
Strength Classes designed around the principles of weightlifting. No minimum requirement for these classes.
The coach will work and divide groups on skill level. Each class will have a different focus including strength, technique and power.
Classes are inclusive for members and AED100 for non-members payable before the class starts.
You are required to arrive 30 minutes before the class starts to warm up and meet the coach to discuss any personal requirements you may have.
