The Clean is not only one of the main olympic weightlifting movements, but can also be used as a tool to improve explosiveness, speed and power. It is widely used by athletes across multiple sports disciplines for this reason.
If you want to learn the ins-and-outs of the Clean and the Power Clean, how to improve your technique to maximize the benefits of this movement or how to utilize variations in your current training then you should attend this clinic.
Coach Ine Andersson will take you through a two hour theory and guided practical clinic to help you improve your form and take full advantage of this movement.

About Coach Ine Andersson
After retiring from gymnastics in 2012, she began her career in Olympic Lifting and has since won several Nordic and International champion titles. As a coach, Ine is experienced in personal training for both strength and gymnastics for over 17 years. She has worked with a range of ages from childhood to seniors, as well as general training to competition level. Her certifications in, and participation in research for, nutrition help her give clients a full-rounded experience. Ine believes in being both friendly but persistent in order to get her clients to achieve their goals, while staying inspired and positive.
