Conditioning classes take place every Monday evening from 6:30PM and Saturday morning at 9:30AM.
Conditioning classes are for members only, limited to 12 per session and designed to get your heart rate up using functional movements and functional equipment at the Club.
The coaches will write a program for each session which you can follow at your own pace or as a group. Each session will introduce new challenges to keep you interested and progressing.
This is a great way to break your routine, get your heart rate up and get in some serious cardio and conditioning.
