Juan Diego
Personal Trainer and Strength Coach
Originally from Costa Rica, Diego has a strong background and foundation in football and competitive athletics as a 100m, 200m, 400m hurdles specialist. He brings more than 9 years of coaching experience supported by a technical degree in Human Movement and Sports Science and a technical degree as an Athletics Coach from Universidad Nacional de Costa Rica . His aim is to help people with a broad range of systems in order to accomplish sports specific goals and to lead a healthier, happier life with “Movement” being a big part of it. He found his way to CrossFit 10 years ago where he began teaching group classes and practicing weightlifting. Weightlifting has since become his main passion where he wants to help his clients progress in a sustainable way.
