Desert Barbell Personal Training and Coaching Services

Our team of dedicated coaches will work with you towards your specific goal. Whether you are looking to lose weight, gain muscle and strength or just be more mobile we are ready to support you.

We work with beginners to advanced athletes, mums to working professionals, youth and the young at heart.

Coaching, programming and personal training sessions are available to members and non-members, giving you access to our fully equipped Eleiko gym.

What our coaches can help with:

Our experienced coaching staff will work closely with each client to achieve their individual goals. We want to empower you to take ownership of your training. If you are new to strength training, have recently suffered an injury, have specific requirements, or have been out of it for a while, we are ready to help you get going again. We can support you with:

    • Conventional Personal Training (one-on-one all-round training)
    • Nutrition advice and planning
    • Weight gain and weight loss
    • Technical lifting screening (including video analysis and screening report for the Squat, Bench Press and Deadlift)
    • Sports specific strength and conditioning
    • Powerlifting or Weightlifting Programming & Coaching
    • General Strength Training
    • Online training

Our services

Conventional personal training – one on one personal training delivered by a team of highly qualified coaches.

Monthly Programming – Programming is available for both Club members and non-members training in other facilities. Billed and delivered on a monthly basis. Ideal for people looking for a structured workout program in the gym, or a sports specific strength and conditioning program including powerlifting and weightlifting.

Nutritional coaching and programming – Support for losing weight and gaining muscle. Billed and delivered on a monthly basis.
