We want to help you lift, learn and live better. We offer coaching services to both members and non-members, with fully customized programs and coaching to suit your specific goals. Our experienced coaching staff will work closely with each client to achieve their individual goals. We want to empower you to take ownership of your training.

If you are new to strength training, have recently suffered an injury, have specific requirements, or have been out of it for a while, we suggest starting with conventional personal training and then progressing to coaching.

Start coaching with us from AED17 per day!

  • Strength training programs and online programming: You can now hire a coach to setup a monthly workout plan or strength program. You will be able to check-in with your coach at anytime during the month and will receive regular feedback and adjustments to your training program. This service is available to anyone inside or outside our club!
  • Full-time coaching: If you are more serious about progressing, you can hire a coach full time on a monthly basis. With this, you will receive a monthly customized program, screening and monthly check-in’s in addition to 4 personal training sessions per month. This service is available to both members and non-members. Coaching slots are limited per coach – enquire today to find out more!
